I've was brought on the global digital marketing team at STANLEY Engineered Fastening to lead user experience and visual design for a worldwide digital platform buildout. With a strong existing brand to build from, my role as global digital experience designer has been to create frictionless pathways for customers from entry point to lead capture and continuous engagement.
By solidifying the design consistency across the site, throughout multiple pathways and customer journey scenarios, I've been fortunate to help lead this direction on a creative level as well as act as a bridge between creative and development. Having been the first mobile-friendly site in the company's portfolio, this was new territory for the organization.
Results: Officially launched in April of 2018, the new digital platform is enabling customers to quickly research products and connect with sales reps with a smooth, user-friendly experience. Internal stakeholders are capturing more qualified, trackable leads due to seamless integrations with Pardot/Salesforce.
