Longtime client and friend, Brian Hudson contacted me last year to redesign his website for his governmental strategy business and having designed the first site back in 2011, I was ready to jump into the project. Working from the original branding we developed back in 2010, I created a very clean, modern design featuring some of the signature blue shades from his established color palette and contrasted it with lots of crisp gray/black and white imagery. We opted to run a services list with icons on the home page to tell visitors in the first few seconds what his core skill set is in clear, concise format. The calls to action are very simple in that his preferred method of contact is via webform submissions so we featured that as the main focal point for the page to capture leads quickly to enable him to win more clients, more quickly. The redesign is a huge leap forward in design and in functionality, featuring a responsive, web-friendly design and optimized site for SEO.
